Is SMS/MMS Free?

No, SMS/MMS is not free. Each SMS (up to 160 charecters) will be charged at $0.01 + Carrier Fees (around $0.003) and per MMS will be charged at $0.02 + Carrier Fees

Can I send Bulk SMS?

Yes, from we have different product (OneSMS) to send bulk SMS to your customers. Limit is 50 SMS per minute per number. You will need approved SMS Campaign from TCR to send SMS/MMS.

DO you support Call Centers?

Yes, we support Call Centers. We have a large numbers of call center customers around the globe.

How do you provide support?

We have a dedicated team to support customers as per their requirement. There will be a dedicated Account Manager for any assistance.

Will my service/account be disconnected if flagged as a SPAM?

No, we won’t disconnect your service if you are flagged as SPAM. We don’t believe in red tapes. We will update you in advance if your account flagged as SPAM, and what measures we can take.
